If you would like to provide Pharmacist Foundation Training at your training site, you will need to gain approval from the GPhC. Approval involves submitting the “approval for provision of Foundation training form”, together with a training plan mapped to the learning outcomes showing how you will meet the scheme requirements.This application allows the GPhC to approve arrangements and to check if you meet the scheme requirements.
